Do you think It's a scam ?

The scenario is as follow.

Someone selling a domain with $540 /monthly revenue and it's really caught my eye.

However, I think the screenshot he provided may be fake.
Because there is 2 different type of number "8"

Below picture is under 300% zoom and you will see the different between two number "8".

Is he selling for what seems to be too good a deal?

Does it make sense that the site in question would get that kind of traffic?

Will he consider "lease to own"? (Even if you don't want to, how open he is might be telling)

I wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole personally. Those numbers look just a bit too odd.

How can you receive revenue on a name that has no visitors?
A couple of days has no visitors, no clicks, no searches but still shows rev.

Is this a unique feature of domainsponsor?

Exactly, there are numbers of all different sizes, some big, some small, some tilting to one size, some "0" like a normal one, others "0" look like they've become anorixic from dieting too much.
