Hi,

I am not trying to bash on your designs. I'd hate for you to think that. But I personally think they are very plain. If a plain, fast loading design is what you are trying to accomplish then you are doing great.

Keep working at it, I have major problems trying to design my sites. A year ago today I couldn't do anything, now check out www.theredgiant.net

Read tutorials provided by your programs they are very helpful, ask questions on forums. If you are some master designer and you were shooting for a quick fast loading design then more power to you.
