OKay, so many webmasters love to get those free sub domains and build sites on them.
Well guess what?
You may not be in google anymore!!!

That's right, if you use some free service like CO.CC, you may not be in google search anymore.....
That is right, Google has removed, deindexed, banned and penalized any site using a co.cc subdomain.

Totally correct.

co.cc is the domain, anything before that is a subdomain.

co.cc was shut down due to the high proliferation of malware on the 'sites' there.

I'm a newbie here. If it wasn't for iowadawg, I wouldn't know that Google has banned the Co.CC.

I tested it by searching Google for my co.cc site using

site:http://www.domainname.co.cc/

and there is no result, but Google suggested to go to www.google.com/webmasters/ and ask for a re-listing.

Usually a website that does not worth a couple of bucks per year to register a domain for is worthless or used for shady practices like spam, malware.

Yes, we are able to submit, but Google does not guarantee when will they be re-listed.

Imagine if each webmaster has 100 sites, this means there are 110,000 webmasters. Lets say 50,000 webmasters want Google to re-list their sites and Google need to review the quality of contents for each sites. Hmmm... It ain't likely going to happen.

The problem is that they de-indexed the domain www.co.cc all the others are only subdomain so I think there are no chance that any of them will be relisted if the main domain is banned.

A little out of topic, what do you think about the fate of other sub domain names alike: .co.uk, .uk.com, com.in, org.in, .cz.cc, .co.tv, .ce.ms, .uni.cc, .eu.org?

.co.uk is NOT a private subdomain, it's an official third level domain extension. Registration under .uk is not possible, only a few grandfathered domains exist under .uk.

.co.tv has already been banned too.
There is a big difference between legit ccTLD like .co.uk, .co.in, .com.au etc and subdomains of domain like .co.tv, .co.cc etc.

No. Unless they get repossessed by the registry. But registries don't start offering third level domain registrations when second level domains have been available forever.
