Do I need a Custom CSS script to do this?

Hi,

I am using the same wordpress theme and Tag Cloud plugin (WP-Cumulus) as the site below.

(Scroll down the homepage the Tag Cloud title is Topics & Issues on the right sidebar)

I would like to make my Tag Cloud look exactly the same but use different color scheme, does anyone know what needs to be done to accomplish this?
