Ran a quick test on 20 random past sales, results below. I had to censor the domains, sorry. I included the GoDaddy appraisals as well, those did remarkably well, but we can't conclude much from such a tiny sample. Overall impression on DNRater: Not bad. The suggestions are often close to how I'd price these domains today. I'd probably not pay $1/appraisal, but it could be a valuable tool for some people.
