It's a very nice name with many development options in DN industry,The key to nice value with this name development,I can see some possible enduser interest in the name aswell.

Mid xx undeveloped-20 to 35 dollars,Enduser= 60 to 100 dollars

Developed could very well be in Low x,xxx range or more depending on the development.
