information DNJ Sales?

Does anyone know if the weekly posted DNJ sales from Sedo and Uniregistry are from independent sellers (like average Joe/NPers, or are the high domain sales being done with Domains that are owned by Sedo/Uni/etc?

I wonder why the average 'seller'/domainer/np user, is typically not able to list a domain higher than 50k on Sedo, yet on almost a weekly basis, Sedo reports Domain sales above the 50k.

Who is selling all the higher priced domains? Sedo brokers to other market brokers? Or are they being sold by the average patient domainer?

Sedo has escrow service for 3%.
Those sales can be distributed via their feed as well... if no request to hide them.

+ above $50K you can sell in Make Offer mode.

The Escrow is low, but we still have to pay the 15% to 20% commission ? So the only way to have a Sedo sale over 50k is a make an offer listing?

No, Sedo escrow is for sales outside their marketplace...
