What are your thoughts on DNIB (.) com - 12 years old domain with PR4 ? Any appraisal or comment very much welcomed.

OK, a nice quad premium, with age and PR, i would not sell it under $500 myself, but i think if you had to sell it today you may get between $200 and $300.
