The nice thing about selling names like this is you have access to end users and in general these names go much higher than other similar names on Domain Forums. The con to that is that your end users are also resellers.

That said, the "Hall" isn't really the best word for a meeting place in this idiom. Although, it is short. I think you could get high x, low xx from the end user/reseller community.
