[Mr Self Destruct]

Hey.

I have been working on my website and other projects for the past few months. Recently I obtained a domain name, and now my site is at www.djcdesign.net.

It would be nice to get some comments/feedback/constructive criticism on my site. Also, could you please provide a rating out of 10 if you can.

looking good, everything fits very well together

one thing that bothers me is the font you used, it's kinda hard to read
the one you used in your logo that is!

I really like the font for the moment, so in the next design I may change it.

I have just been approved for Google AdSense today and I have been setting up ads on the splash pages of DJC Design and on DJC Blog. I am just trying these ads out to see how it works, and see if I can raise some funds to further fund my interest in web design. Huh? "Naughty, naughty" as in I shouldn't be telling people to click the ads, or "Naughty naughty" as in Google Ads aren't that great?

lol, it's against the google TOS to ask people to click on the ads. they will delete your account for that. I'd remove it because many people (some of them post on these forums) are very anal and are snitches. it's really funny, but so many people feel they are the google police and will tell google your doing that. so ya, I'd change it pronto. (not that their neccesarily wrong, it does "steal" from those using adwords to advertise if people click just to get you money. But i feel "snitches suck...ergo my contempt for them lol)

Nice job on the website and design! Everything looks great. The font could be changed like others have brought up, but as long as you like it then that's what matters.

I like the look of the site. Very gothic/RPG like. If that's the intent, then I think you've certainly achieved it. I think the site would be even better if you somehow managed to incorporate more aesthetic elements into the main area of the site. It seems to be largely text at this point. I think it would benefit greatly with the addition of just a few more graphics. Great job
