Established Divorce law site for sale

I'm looking to sell my divorce lawyers directory and articles portal. The site comes with the premium theme, security and seo configurations, premium plugins. 90% of content is UNIQUE written by top lawyers in the US.

The sale includes social media profiles as well as all all the licenses.

The website was launched in August. Traffic is around 20 visits/day when doing no marketing and can go up to 100/day when lawyers publish their content and share on social media.

I will also teach the buyer how to get lawyers to write free content for you and deliver traffic WITHOUT out reaching every lawyer one by one.

You need to dedicate at least 5 hours/week to increase traffic and post content, which I didn't do.

So I see 7 experts/listings and
5 payments from 5 to 15$.

How did you acquire that experts?

Does it mean a post where article is provided by them costs 5$ and written by you 15$?

Does that further mean that there are 7 original articles (in terms of content uniqueness) and the rest is distributed/republished articles (originally posted somewhere else, not by you?)

Hi,

For expert listings, I acquire them through HARO and FB groups, and 2 came via search engine.

There are 3 types of articles on the site:
1. Written by me (I get paid for it) - they are 100% unique
2. Roundups or provided by experts - combination of answers from industry experts - they are 100% unique
3. Short articles provided by experts - 50% are unique because I rewrote them and then put link to their original article.
