domain Divert.to - please appraise.

I was looking for a domain suitable for a telecoms service and stumbled across divert.to

I know .to domains are tough to appraise but any suggestions would be welcome.

This is kind of suitable for URL shortener
I'm not really sure about telecom services because the meaning of the word kind of implies a delay.

I quite like this name, it's a clever use of the extension.

It's also relevant to car sat navs, where traffic diversions are used.

I was thinking of a service for out of hours support where end-users phone a specific number but the calls get diverted to whoever the specified on-call engineer is.

Any thoughts on the value of the domain?
