Those are prices at Snapnames this month. Your term gets fewer searches than these, and only a third as many searches as the singular "distance degree." And an easy rule of thumb is 10% of the .com value.

However, 1600 exact searches a month on a heavily advertised, high paying keyword is nothing to sneeze at. I'll stick my neck out and guess you might get $300 - $400 for it. If not, then you7re better off building a nice little income site.

I don't have a problem with .nets, except that they are undervalued in the current market. Another reason to develop rather than sell.
