I checked the word "dissever" in a dictionary; it appears that this word is not commonly used today (link here). As for its meaning, the dictionary defined it as "divide or sever (something)". It is hard to find a suitable business or commercial application for this domain especially when the keyword is uncommonly used. When researching domains to buy, ask yourself: can this domain be a brand name of a business? Does it describe a product or service in the marketplace? When investing in domains, ideally you would want a name with 2 to 3 syllables, short in length, simple and commonly used English dictionary words with commercial intent and positive connotation. For example, there is a domain called "DeadPigeons.com". The keyword "dead" has a negative connotation and I wouldn't think a right-minded domain investor would want to keep this name should it be available for sale. When you can find names with the right critieria, reselling them for thousands of dollars should not be hard.
