At present the domain is not worth much, but with the increase in IT in india growing daily at a huge rate. I potentially see a gold mine for .co.in and .in domain name holders. Hense why i have invested heavily into this extension.

Like others said, for now not worth in terms of bucks, but wait a little and it will be a gem. I invested my self a lot into .in's

Currently the .in /.co.in names are not too hot. There are some end user sales out there, but the wholesale market is still virtually non existant. IMO I think that you will need to keep it for at least 1 year to see any certain value.
