I'm looking to sell discountcigaretteshop.com. Site consistently makes from $100-$180 a month via bigdaddysmokes. Traffic has ranged from 1000-1800 unique visitors monthly, and is on track for about 1500 uniques this month.
The site is well-established and has had fluctuating pagerank and is well-ranked in various search engines for a wide variety of keyword searches. I haven't done a thing on the site since I bought it - no maintenance at all and I haven't spent a penny outside of domain renewals.
When I purchased it I simply took over the affiliate account by changing contact info, which would make a sale easy. The domain itself is excellent, generic, meaningful, has overture without extension, and has received a fair number of emailed offers.
I received a small commission bump in 2006, so actual checks issued to me are 25%-33% MORE than stats reflect - I can probably round up some old deposited checks online and scan them to show evidence of that if you want.
As far as price, I'm happy to negotiate on this one. The absolute consistency and ease of earnings and lack of any maintenance whatsoever, coupled with the excellent domain name, the established site, and the untapped potential, assure that in general I won't part with it for under multiple years revenue.

If a sale were to occur, I would throw in nationalcigarettes.com and cigarettesnow.com as well - last stats I had from last year indicate that these two domains are probably still getting an additional 500-600 uniques monthly, but I can't guarantee that on these two. I can guarantee that both are excellent domain names as well.

Cons:
- If you choose to receive checks as opposed to wire, you'll still have to walk to your mailbox to get them.
