I think webhostingbuzz.com has offered it as an exclusion, as they are the company who do nopt like discounts. And namely that is why they made this code valid only until the end of the year. Good companies sometimes behave like that...

That is true. I dont know much about webhostingbuzz.com since ive never used them but I know most reliable quality hosts and such do not always offer coupon codes. If the service is superb and the quality is awsome, then usually the company doesnt have to market coupons. The product would normally sell itself.
