No, not the film but the new UK brit pop band Dirty Pretty Things.

Former Libertines man Carl Barat and his new band are set to take the UK Indie / Rock scene by storm in 2006 with their debut album out in May 2006. Their UK tour sold out in 10 minutes earlier this month.

Any ideas / suggestions what to do with this domain apart from point it to HMV or build a fan site (band fan sites just don't work - why visit a fan site when the official site offers so much more and has larger forums) (unless they get as big as Madonn / Kylie / The Rolling Stones etc) which I doubt lol.

No there are no TM issues. Its very hard to claim infringement of a TM against band names.
