Plenty of Directv affiliates, broken down into market by the resellers usually.
I think there's a direct, directv one at linkshare.com if I remember correctly.

I have my own affiliate program that I am starting up, it is still casual and not automated, but it does the trick. I have both DishNetwork and DirecTV and pay $85/sale. Free equipment, shipping and installation. If you are interested, email me at [email protected]

The down fall of me is that I am still small. By the time I get paid, I cant send a check for up to 3 months (guranteed), but it could be as soon as 2 months.
