Personally, I think it's only worth reg fee. Nothing special about it and all the other extensions are probably available.

Direct To Home or DTH is a technology / service, and has not been TM'd by DD
The DD's service is called "DD Direct +" http://www.ddinews.com/DTH/DDDIRECT

Other extensions might be available, but the Direct To Home has to be a .TV
