If someone has time to, feel like giving me an approximate dollar value for the site? Below are pretty much everything you need to gauge it's worth, I just don't exactly know what it's worth now seeing as it's just over a year old.
Stats (As of August 19, 2005)

There's currently 500 registered members and 254 games currently in the database.
The site generally has around 800 outclicks per day on the site, and roughly 100 in the banner exchange while serving close to a 250,000 baners per day in the exchange.
Revenue
Google Adsense: ~$10.00/month - I don't push adsense very much.
Game Advertisement: ~$1500.00 this month, last month was around $800.00. In the entire year and a bit the site has been around, it's made close to $11,000.00 USD
I'm not sure what else is taken into account when pricing websites, but if there's anything else needed, let me know and I'll respond as soon as I'm able to.
