I am looking to create a directory site. Below is what I am looking for.

Must be a PR3 or higher, higher the better
Must have back links
Must be a .com

Anything that would be of value for someone that wants to buy links on my directory.

Max budget for this domain is $500, that is only if the name blows me away. If the name does not blow me away then I would like to purchase below $100.
