I'm unable to find the option for lock/unlock domains in their control panel. I'm end user and their knowledge base seems outdated.

Anyone here know about this ?

After you click on a domain there is a "Theft Protection" settings, see the attached screen-shots

I canceled it and started the thing again. Now I'm getting an Invalid authorization code message. I copied the authorization code and even typed it. nothing works. Always have problems with their control panel.

I have never had problems like this with Godaddy or NameCheap.
