Yes we do. If a site causes an extreme decrease in the performance of the server the account will be suspended. If a site uses 10% cpu for three consecutive days the account will be suspended (this is quite hard to do; and none of the proxies we've hosted in the past were able to do this).

We've never had any problems with proxies using excessive resources; the few sites that we have had problems with were all HYIPs.
