While posting in this thread, I thought for a second that it can be a nick name for someone cuz I have actually heard "Dinky" as a nickname or whatever really.. but then again from my POINT OF VIEW: its none more then REGISTRATION FEE cuz I dont see it standing anywhere in development field, unless the owner can find an end user with massive pockets and out of the world idea for developing it.. (every name registered till today can be of $xxxxx value, if ppl can actually find end user for all of them)

I have few dictionary names, even some which don't really make sense when one types 'em and being a dictionary word doesn't really mean that they have xxx or even higher value..

just my two bits LOGIC, and I will try and be more precise next time onwards

I believe that the OP actually won this in a pool auction. I wasn't part of the auction, it should've hit at least triple digits.

I had this domain added to my drop catching scripts, good thing I didn't backorder it at Pool as I first wanted to. I hate getting into bidding wars at Pool.

Regrardless, nice name. Should be worth at least the backorder fee of $60 - $xxx low - mid's.

Don't forget that the term 'Dinky' is very popular with regards to vintage toy cars in the UK.
As long as there is no tm then there would be great potential for a collector forum.

Thanks for that. Just checked out to see if any TM issues but thankfully there is not any.

Meccano has a trademark on dinkytoys but not dinky.

Also dinky is a dictionary word meaning small. Also an acronym as Double Income No Kids Yet :yell:
