Digg type site

I want to make a site like digg. Obviously not as big. I am looking for someone who is good at programing. They will be a partner in this site. I have a domain and Im gonna trademark the name when I get some more cash. If someone does this they and I will split the money 50/50

Like Dan says, use Pligg.

Pligg is some good free software.
Though, i have had a Digg-type site before, it got links such as "Submit to x", on a few forums, but, it never really "took-off".
