Topic is good but doubt will find any end-user. The domain is perfect for people who are into bore-well/tube-well business but that business people are not that advance enough to have a website though its quite a good business in rural India.

I am 50-50 on to this one. It's sure you will never make big money from this domain but hold on and try developing a microsite so u have some organic traffic to the pages & can have adsense on to it, which might help u get $150 to $250 from it.

If you are just thinking of reselling it to another domainer no value as they just believe in keyword & short domains

This domain has scope for development.
