Getting a bit of traffic through SEDO, and have had a few offers primarily from SEO webmasters that focus on online pharmaceuticals (erectile difficulty) because they like the generic word, the SE friendly term (not limpd**k.com, ahem)...

Any thoughts on the value ?

The serious offers have been in the $450-700 range, and they weren't end-users, but resellers or SEO types. They didn't outright say that they were going to resell the name to a "silent client" but they wanted to know if I had done any sort of black hat SEO (no...) which may have resulted in the domain being somehow blacklisted from the SERPS.

I know, and I agree about that particular reference. But keep in mind that "dysfunction" is primarily used by the health care community, and difficulty is a more accessible term for the general public. Hence the 95,000,000 results for "difficulty" vs. 29M for "dysfunction".

It's important to keep in mind that the target market is not exclusively people looking for information about sexual dysfunction... it's not the only difficulty out there.

Think... breathing difficulty, walking difficulty, learning difficulty, spelling difficulty...
