This morning I read an article about a company that just registered a bunch of "Diem" domains. Something about crypto currency. I didnt' see any threads about this Diem, so I thought I would start one.

Lots were gone by the time I registered these actually. If you look at the first post of this thread by @Silentptnr that is what alerted me to diem domain names being registered back in September 2020.

I believe it was a domainnamewire article that shared the insight that domain names were registered and linking it possibly to libra.

BTW "pay" is amazing @Silentptnr well done mate

I've already had 5 offers today between games/crypto and loans but they have all been in the $xxx range so guessing they are all domainer offers. Previous to todays news I had zero offers.

It was guessed this would be FB when it was made aware several DIEM+ BEST KEYWORDS like "wallet and blockchain" were all registered the same time and under MarkMonitor.

This is why I unregistered my diem domain, and fortunately I was able to get a refund. I agree that XDM is very catchy and I was able to get XDMTrade (.com)

Excellent domain, congrats!

The fact that there is no TM on it makes XDM the smarter, less riskier play, IMO.

If Diem instantly reaches billions of people thanks to Facebook, then XDM should be even more popular than BTC. BTCExchange.com sold for $55,000 in 2018 when Bitcoin was less popular.

So I think your XDMTrade.com could be a 5-figure domain in the making if Diem play their cards right.

Using Diem to buy everyday items, I can see websites popping up soon like DiemFood.com , DiemMobiles.com, DiemHats.com, DiemGadgets.com etc etc.......for people to buy goods online using Diem.......people and businesses will be promoting Diem and using the coin for everyday buys which is what Facebook want!

Just need to search the most popular things to buy on the internet!
