Dial-up Internet access is a form of Internet access that uses the facilities of the public switched telephone network (PSTN) to establish a connection to an Internet service provider (ISP) by dialing a telephone number on a conventional telephone line.

So yes, the domain is aged, and technology related is also quite aged. Plus it is in plural, dialup com would be much better.

It seems nice though. I am not exactly sure here - it could serve also as nice brandable..I would say mid XXX - 2,5k for right end user, but because we speak about keyword which is not trending now (it was maybe trending around years 1995 - 2000), the probability of resale will reflect that downward trending pattern too.

Completely agree with lolwarrior. I honestly don't even know anybody still on dial-up connections. Catering to a very small market. But I guess anything could happen.
