Nice, i am in no way a expert but i don't think that can be considered as a TM infringement of digg as the keyword is actually just di.

$0 unless it were to get typo traffic but i doubt anyone would accidently type in di.gg into their browser without the com part or anything and also put a period between the word.

I think thats an awesome hack, honestly. I'd give it mid xxx, more for a vanity user than say a company I would think.
