How much they all worth? I'm planning on developing them soon just want to know if they are worth anything. The .com is taken but with nothing on there. So any ideas?

devlounge.net is an established website of an international company, if you are interested in sell them, you can try to contact them.
low-mid $xx for the .co.uk, reg fee for .mobi and .tv .
If you develop it, the value will increase.

Yea, seen them before... :S Would there be any legal issues with developing it? I think it's going to be following the same sort of idea. A blog, tips, tricks tutorials things like that along with designer and developer resources. The .mobi one will be a mobile version of the main site, just latest blog and forum posts, things like that. And the .tv will be podcasts, video mostly and video tutorials.
