It seems that Devise.com is easily worth 70k+

I've been in this industry for a while and know it's important to find an end user, but look at the hard data.

The hard data suggests the name is worth much more.

Also I've had offers way above 25k.

Your domain is good, but I don't see how those sales relate to your domain in particular.
Comparing apples to oranges :imho:
