I appreciate your answers very much, and I love that we can have a dialogue about this.
I would just like to know what hard data are you using to come to these conclusions? Is it a gut feeling?
Looking at these sales:
NGames.com sold for $50k in January.
Naveen.com sold for $50k in April.
Routes.com sold for $50k last month.
Chrono.com went for $57,600 in April.
Struts.com went for $70k also in April.
IDTech.com went for $75k in July.
Banque went for $91,210 in Feb.
Radius.com went for 100k in May.
Select.com went for $120k, also in May.
Moneta.com went for $150K in October.
It seems that Devise.com is easily worth 70k+
I've been in this industry for a while and know it's important to find an end user, but look at the hard data.
The hard data suggests the name is worth much more.
Also I've had offers way above 25k.
Thanks!
