I have a number of domains with ideas but limited web design skills. Is it viable to ask for someone to help with the development aspect for a 50/50 percentage stake on whatever comes from it in the future, and if so is there anyone who would be interested.

EPIK.com will do a nice job developing domains for an initial setup fee which depends on the service plus a 50% of future revenue. However, they don't accept just any domain because the one's most likely to make money are exact match domains with meaningful search volume and which advertisers pay to rank for. Check Google Adwords' Keyword Tool to see the EXACT search volume for your domains. I wouldn't waste time developing or even renewing most of the names you have listed but you might consider...
