Sounds pretty easy to me. Create a bunch of pages of recipes and meals for getting more or bigger muscle. You can break it up by cost, size, goal, or protein. I would avoid the whole blog angle. Just focus on the meals. Break down the ingredients, how to make them, where to buy ingredients, etc. Pretty photos will help get some exposure on Twitter and Pinterest, where muscle building photos do very well!

I have a muscle building website and it's really easy to make some commissions from supplement reviews.
