Your visitors want to host images. Why not start a web-hosting reseller company and offer cheap packages. You could market it like this...

"Why upload your images to someone elses slow server when you could have your own webspace and domain?"

Then you could offer an affordable hosting plan and cheap domain name.

How about making it into a sharing site, but not anything related to images, something like a blogging site/twitter style. I can't really think how the Z would relate, but in terms of share it would be like sharing what you've done, i.e. a blog type site.

Have you tried selling it to the owners of ZShare.net? The revenue they are missing out on from 40,000 type-ins per month must be pretty significant.

i think they are somewhat interested

but i'd rather develop it and have steady income

as opposed to a one-time sale.

i have a web developer working on zshare.com now,
and it should be done in a few weeks.

(still not too late for a switch-er-oo if
