Firstly, no they would not need to buy a IPB licence.
The reason i did not host games like this, is that i really have no experience and my partner is caught up with other work.
www.biomatrix.co.uk is a site that my partner owns. What was the reason behind the questioning for www.biomatrix.co.uk? Was it because there is a link to it?
