Developing a Trademarked Product

Well, I just bought BB9700.com

BB stands for Blackberry. I'd like to develop some sort of site to build traffic. However, if I use "Blackberry" in the site, can I be liable for copyright/trademark infringement?

Yes, you can be liable, technically they could come after you with a Cease and Deist order, however I've seen alot of BlackBerry sites (ex: CrackBerry, etc) that are operating with no issues. I use a Blackberry myself, so I visit a large range of sites for apps, etc that are all operating without issues.
