Hello !
I am in process of launching a penny auction website !!
The main development of the website is complete. The website is developed in CodeIgnitor Frame Work. Now the developer who developed the website has completed the over all working of the website but his work lacks polish. By polish I mean the website(both front end and back end admin panel) is TOO static. And there are also some minor bugs here and there. I want a developer who has understanding of code ignitor frame work but more importantly has professional experience in front end development. The developer who made the website has placed functionalities correctly but how it's supposed to show is done in a very un presentable manner. Also regarding the admin panel template. He has done the functionality right but it lacks polish and I need you to update the template of the admin panel and also place validations on the inputs. By validation I mean if there is an input where we are required to put a product's price. And instead of putting a numeric value i have placed an alphabet. Then the admin panel won't give an error. So I need both the front end display and admin panel display all polished up and fully presentable and proper validations are required. This work would require you having basic understanding of photoshop as well so if you need some graphic for any place, you can make that on your own or atleast take out the required png from the PSD files I have. You should have knowdelge in javascript as well because I like the website to have a flashy look. Too static look is not so good.
If this project goes well, then I will continue to hire your services right after this work. Meaning right after the launch I will be starting the marketing and my marketing guy said that he will suggest some on-site optimization settings for which I will hire your services. Like placing meta tags or H1 tags. Or minor adjustments here and there. Creating robots.txt file etc.
So now that I have told what exactly I want. You would have the idea of what type of experience you need to apply for this job.
Please don't apply if you think you might be able to do this. I have to launch in 2 weeks and I need someone who needs very less spoon feeding and knows exactly how to do a specific task and can finish the work. I will not be providing a detailed document. Instead I will conducting skype sessions with you explaining what is needed where.
