Being that it is young $50-$150 depending on buyer. Domain is quite a bit long. Maybe in a few months you could triple or quintiple(however you say times 5) the value.

365 days per year x $3 = $1095 per year

Pretty good if you ask me. The appraisal for a developed site IMO would require all the costs involved on your end. Hosting, advertising, etc.

I meant to put $100-$150 more sorry. I am just a little groggy right now.

I would go with the $500 but it isnt easy to maintain a steady site after purchase especially if its new.

The only thing I am thinking is that most hosts offer PHP so unless they were on a free server they wouldn't join.

More if you start making more $$$ from it.
