domain dev,cc and others

Picked up a couple of .cc on a whim. I know, I know. These were four of the last 7 three-letter word .cc's available.

They all have good Google results and commerical uses as well.

Any value in these?

nap.cc

dev.cc

dex.cc

Still quite a few LLL.CC domains left. The high reg fee has probably deterred the buyout more than anything. Nice domains though. I would venture to say that you should expect no less than 10x reg fee because:

1.) the domains are memorable
2.) they aren't just random letters
3.) the domains are brandable

Do you think that as lll.com and now .net and .org continue to rise that .cc will see a resurgence as a lower cost alternative?

Also, would it be worth my while to develop on or two of them, specifically dex.cc? Adwords cpd for [dex] is over $2000 per day, so it looks like there are decent potential revenues.

The one i like most is dev.cc, easily the most valuable one among these imo. Since developers generally do know about different tlds unlike general public, so if an end user were to develop this site, they can be sure that their site won't be losing much traffic to dev.com. Easily worth upwards of $200.

If you can do it then putting contents is always a good option, nothing major couple of development articles or tutorials will do.
