I disagree with MicroGuy on this one, i think the value is much lower. It certainly has value to it because of the strong key words, but I think a hospital would want their name in the domain, and a directory of hospitals should be plural. Also, it seems there is approx. 10 hospitals in Detroit.

Devoid makes some good points, however I still think this one could fetch low (maybe mid) $x,xxx.

I would imagine the medical center might be interested. They own a bunch of domains.

Looking at the "Related searches " on Page and the population in a city like Detroit, I certainly think it has Value. Hospital,Clinic Any related Search would be worth The Mid $x,xxx as mentioned , Development would be fairly easy with the keywords.
