This is dictionary word but not popular word. So it is consider as brandable. The price can't easily figured, can be xx to xxxx dipending how to sell.

Surely most domainers don't like it, because it is brandable. But as my experience, many times I had domains those not sold in domain name forum for even 20$, then sold xxx to xxxx $ to end users.

Very rare word that I didn't find it in many dictionaries. I personally don't see it even as a brand name, but you can try listing it on Brand Bucket or Squad Help.

Also, set a landing page with a BIN, it might help.
