Did a google search on "Destroy Iraq", brought up 3,510,000 results... what do you guys think about this one?

and We are not at war with IRAQ,but we are at war with IRAQI Rebels
The official IRAQ government is part of the Alliance.

The is no need to state the obvious... it's common knowledge the image most allied citizens have of the enemy has to do with Iraq b/c that's where the fighting is, and the media labels the whole thing "The War in Iraq", because the root of the conflict exists there.

Iraq has suffered enough already.
Both the Coalition and Iraqi Forces are trying to secure the country to ensure it is never again is run by a despotic Dictator.

Freedom of speech is one thing, but common courtesy and respecting forum rules and guidlines is another.

Hmmm, sometimes i wonder why people are so desperate to make money that they don't care where the money comes from. I personally think that this is an ugly domain. But don't get me wrong, it probably has high value, and you migh make a couple of bucks from it. In fact, i probably know right off hand of many hate and racist organizations - that would pay you top dollar for that domain. But it's ok, as long as it's for money right...? it's not like you advocate the destruction of iraq, your just promoting it to other people that advocate it....i'm sure there's a big difference somewhere. You're probably NOT a racist, but don't get upset when pple are insulted by a racist sounding domain name. after all, YOU asked THEM for THEIR opinions...and you got it, like it or not. I've gotten lots of 'that domain sucked" responses...but i respect the opinions of my peers.

I wouldn't have registerd the name personally...as i see no difference between DestroyIraq.com and DestroyAmericans.com, DestroyRepublicans, DestroyBlacks.com, DestroyLiberals.com DestroyBabies.com, DestroyNewYork.com, DestroyPolice.com DestroyTheTwinTowers.com.....all domains promote racist, extremist, views that do nothing but illicit hateful ignorant, racist opinions. I personally couldn't sleep at night knowing my money was being made from people like that. But that's just me.


If in your honest opinion you registered the domain with best of intentions, then here is my suggestion....If you want To turn this into something positive, make the site as an awareness site....how this war has destroyed the country....i'm sure there are thousands of photos on the net that illustrate the nightmare iraqis face everyday, i've seen lots of photos of torn down houses, young children missing limbs, mothers in rags holding the bodies of their bloody dead babies.

But if your intention was just to make some money....., then i'd suggest selling the site to hate organzations, oil companies, or anybody else making money from this war. The KKK may not be your best bet...they are mainly anti black and anti jew. No, your best bet is to market your domain to rich oil exects making billions off of this.

Good rant excpet for the oil execs They would have no interest nor are they destroying IRAQ. OIL would be even higher if IRAQ was offline so don't see the correlation instead of $65 a barrel probably closer to $70 -$72 and no org would pay anything when you can reg another bad name for $7 or do you think they are going for type ins?

He has asked for an appraisal, if you want to have freedom of speech, I think it best to do it elsewhere. If he wanted to know all of your thoughts, he would have posted somewhere else? Keep politics away, and follow the rules.. we'll all get along fine! Just my 2 cents.

Having said that, I have a feeling he would have known that this domain name was going to have an effect on people, which is probably why this thread has started. It's worked though, hasn't it? You guys will probably remember that name as a website for quite sometime. Not saying you'd visit it or anything, but it is definite advertising that is memorable for at least the next month or so. That is, if it were a website it would work well.

As far as the name goes, it would probably not be worth much more than reg fee as it stands, same with the RestoreIraq.com. :imho:
