Just picked up this XYZ domain, and waiting for it to be delivered. Any potential thoughts on value?

Facts:

- Dessert is taken in 133 extensions.
- 1M plus monthly Google search volume (US data).
- Most importantly, everybody loves Dessert!

Edit: Well not easy, but certainly in these markets it's possible.

plz dont fall for the trap that one person on planet making regular 4 and 5fig xyz sales means u or me.or anyone with few.names..even better than hers...will easily sell.for 4.or.5fig

in her case its numbers game. numbers we dont have..or cant have for that matter..because she has all sellable stuff

all we can do is sit on our best names and hope for good sales.. could be years.. or never
