I was just looking around and found, desirable dot space was available.

I know its not the full monty but I would like to hear your thoughts on value or potential.

Yes I did, I rightly or wrongly thought the market would be letting/selling property agents

The name is quite clever, but I feel selling domains to property agents is quite hard work.

55 lookers and only one kind soul willing to ask or comment. It does not need to be pleasant, just honest opinions, thoughts, potential or a random "you are wasting your time".

Other possibilities:

- Sell to an interior designer.
- Site selling or showcasing world's best homes.
- Sell to land agent.

I would try marketing the domain to some end users, it won't sell itself, it will need active marketing.
