I have a domain name Desinr.com (short for Designer) that I want to sell, but not sure what should be its price.

This is a brandable name, and some design house may find attraction in this name.

What do you think this name is worth, or what should be my asking price?

How do you pronounce? If you say visit Desinr.com they will go to Designer.com
I don't see any value in this.
