Designer Needed: Remake Logo

I'm in need of a designer to remake a logo I currently use, as I'm changing (rebranding) the site name. I no longer have the original PSD files for the logo which I'm using so you may need to remake the logo if it can not be relayered.

The logo measures 334x126 and has two sections of fonts, one for the site name and another for the motto.

As I want to keep the design as it's the same being used on several of my sites, and is sized to fit into my websites template I need help.

Payment will be through payPal and I was hoping to have this changed by this weekend. If interested please send me a PM with questions you may have, and include your price estimate.
