Designer Needed For Ongoing Work

I usually do not turn to this but we need some outside help for ongoing projects. We are getting pretty filled up and want to look to outsourcing some design projects.

I am looking for a designer at the moment to design only one page for a multiple blog site. We are looking for a Web 2.0 look.
