I'd like to find a professional design team to join up with. I'm a struggling web-designer looking for steady income of work.

I create templates in the form of PSDs, I am currently on a team that turns my Photoshop PSDs into coded templates.

We split the money according to who does what. But our business is slow and I am looking for a company that has a steady customer base in which I would be able to obtain a good flow of business.
